Get in touch

Hi, I’m Dr. Aly

I’m a licensed psychologist who cares deeply about how people make sense of their inner worlds, their relationships, and the systems they move through. I understand how overwhelming it can feel to try to hold everything together, especially when emotions are big, patterns feel stuck, or life is pulling you in many directions.

I offer therapy, assessments, and support around life transitions, with the belief that growth doesn’t come from forcing or fixing yourself. It comes from understanding your story, your patterns, and your needs with compassion. Together, we make room for what has felt overwhelming or overlooked. My role is to help you make sense of what’s happening with clarity, learn what helps you feel steady and secure, and move at a pace that feels caring and respectful of where you are.

Whether I’m working with someone healing relationship patterns, exploring identity, navigating ADHD or anxiety, or simply trying to find firmer ground, my approach is warm, curious, and grounded. I help make things that feel confusing or heavy feel more understandable, approachable, and human. My hope is that you feel seen, understood, and supported as you move toward what feels more authentic and sustainable for you.

Comprehensive Psychodiagnostic Evaluations

When it helps

When you need clarity about symptoms or patterns to guide effective treatment, school planning, or accommodations - especially when ADHD, anxiety, depression, trauma, or differential diagnosis is in question. Assessments provide a comprehensive description of cognitive, emotional, and behavioral functioning, as well as specific recommendations.

Who I Work With

I take a comprehensive, evidence-based approach to assessments with adolescents, college students, and adults up to age 45. During the assessment process I will partner with all relevant providers and people to ensure a complete assessment and to support the implementation of recommendations I may make.

Therapy

Individuals

I work with adults, young adults, and adolescents navigating ADHD/executive functioning challenges, anxiety, depression, identity exploration, grief and loss, trauma, relationship patterns, and transitions.

Couples

I work with partners seeking better communication, repair after conflict, support around ADHD and neurodiversity in relationships, life transitions, co-parenting, polyamorous dynamics, and aligning values/needs.

Families

I work with families seeking stronger connection and communication - including navigating mental health challenges, conflict, school issues, life transitions, co-parenting/divorce, and identity development.
