Comprehensive Psychodiagnostic Evaluations

When it helps

When you need clarity about symptoms or patterns to guide effective treatment, school planning, or accommodations - especially when ADHD, anxiety, depression, trauma, or differential diagnosis is in question. Assessments provide a comprehensive description of cognitive, emotional, and behavioral functioning, as well as specific recommendations.

Who I Work With

I take a comprehensive, evidence-based approach to assessments with adolescents, college students, and adults up to age 45. During the assessment process I will partner with all relevant providers and people to ensure a complete assessment and to support the implementation of recommendations I may make.

Therapy

Individuals

I work with adults, young adults, and adolescents navigating ADHD/executive functioning challenges, anxiety, depression, identity exploration, grief and loss, trauma, relationship patterns, and transitions.

Couples

I work with partners seeking better communication, repair after conflict, support around ADHD and neurodiversity in relationships, life transitions, co-parenting, polyamorous dynamics, and aligning values/needs.

Families

I work with families seeking stronger connection and communication - including navigating mental health challenges, conflict, school issues, life transitions, co-parenting/divorce, and identity development.

About Dr. Aly Goldstein

I’m a licensed psychologist with training in both clinical psychology and consulting psychology. My career has centered on helping people and systems thrive, with a background as a school psychologist, public school teacher, Co-Founder/COO, and consultant.

My work now spans across therapy, psychological assessment/evaluation, and workplace consultation, reflecting my belief that meaningful change happens at both the individual and systemic level. I aim to make complex challenges feel more manageable, and emotional experiences more tolerable.

Whether I’m supporting a young person navigating learning and identity, or supporting someone with ADHD, my approach is grounded in research, clarity, and compassion.
